I first got the "0-sided dice" buff on a particular run, but before I ascended, I sold all my chancemakers to buy other stuff. However, I believe this erased all my chancemaker buffs and made it not available for my permanent buff options. Maybe this isn't a bug, but it was disappointing to not have the permanent upgrade available.
